The stay was comfortably smooth with efficient check-in and well-prepared rooms. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night. The resort's beautiful décor combined elements of nostalgia and modernity, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The dining experiences at The Fountain and Garden Grove were outstanding, offering excellent service and quality food.
High parking and resort fees may deter future visits for longer stay durations.

I had a decent time at the Walt Disney World Dolphin during my visit. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Epcot and easy boat transportation to Hollywood Studios. The pool area feels like a beach resort with plenty of lounge chairs. My room offered a nice view, which I really appreciated. The staff members were always ready to assist, making my experience smoother. Unfortunately, I faced issues with housekeeping. daily service wasn't provided, which was disappointing. Check-in took longer than expected, and it would have been nice to have the room ready earlier. I also struggled with inconsistent heating in my room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Dining options on-site were varied but limited. I hoped for more choices. Overall, the amenities are good, but some improvements in service and room conditions would enhance the stay.

missingWrote a review on Dec 02excellent poolgreat locationparking fees
The proximity to Epcot and Disney's Boardwalk offers a sweet advantage for foot traffic and views. The pool area mimics a beach vibe, perfect for relaxing after park days, with plenty of lounge chairs for all your sunbathing needs.
Parking fees feel unnecessary given the vast land available. Expecting more room in the traditional double beds came up short. they're closer to full size than the advertised queen. A lack of maintenance in some areas, like peeling wallpaper and dirty corners, detracted from an otherwise decent setup. The smart TV malfunctioned for an entire week, making movie nights a bust, and the public Disney transportation can drop you off further away than expected, which was less convenient than I anticipated.

would come again
Great place with an amazing location, just a short walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Love the heated pools and the fun beach vibe around them. My room was clean with a comfy sofa bed, air conditioning, and a nice flat-screen TV. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The dining options were diverse with impressive seafood dishes. Also, enjoyed the outdoor spa facilities.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be ideal.

The room was spacious and comfy, with a really nice view of the lagoon. We slept great on the super comfy beds – felt like a dream, especially after long park days. Having a balcony was a nice touch, and we caught some cool fireworks from there. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning was inconsistent.

The pool area is fantastic with multiple heated pools and fun activities for families. Room cleaning was inconsistent, leading to some discomfort during the stay. Close access to Epcot via boat makes park visits super easy.

Let’s talk food! The local eats at nearby Todd English’s Bluezoo served up a culinary adventure with its fresh seafood delights. Splash Bar & Grill for poolside munchies hit the spot after a long day at the parks. Plus, the lobby vibe is fab and the location is solid for park access!
But hold up, my stay had its hiccups. Despite reserving a king bed, got stuck with doubles until the second night. And don’t get me started on those room keys—mine didn’t work for self-parking and I was hit with a surprise charge. Still, it’s hard to stay mad when you're at Disney!

Boat transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, 5 heated pools and 4 hot tubs, unique dining experiences
The check-in process takes far too long, especially for excited guests! Too many unexpected fees, like parking and resort charges, that really add up! ! The room decor feels outdated and could use a refresh!

The hotel's beautiful grounds and convenient access to Disney parks were highlights, though the noise from nearby boats and less-than-pleasant food options left much to be desired. Service was hit or miss, impacting the overall experience, but the atmosphere was worth a return visit.

Great price and early park entry were a win! The well-maintained resort had a lovely bathroom setup that made bathroom breaks feel fancy!
But goodness, the room could use some TLC! I mean, who doesn't enjoy dodging a surprise game of 'find the mold'?

The location was great for getting to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Taking the boat to the parks was quick and easy. We could even see the fireworks from our room. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and enjoyable amenities. Our dinner at a renowned restaurant was impressive. The seafood was fresh, and the service was excellent through the evening.
The hotel layout was confusing, and our room felt cramped. We experienced water damage on the walls, and the carpets looked worn. There was also a loud bar in the lobby that interfered with our peace.
