The staff members were always ready to assist, making my experience smoother. Unfortunately, I faced issues with housekeeping. daily service wasn't provided, which was disappointing. Check-in took longer than expected, and it would have been nice to have the room ready earlier. I also struggled with inconsistent heating in my room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Dining options on-site were varied but limited. I hoped for more choices. Overall, the amenities are good, but some improvements in service and room conditions would enhance the stay.

The room was spacious and comfy, with a really nice view of the lagoon. We slept great on the super comfy beds – felt like a dream, especially after long park days. Having a balcony was a nice touch, and we caught some cool fireworks from there. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning was inconsistent.

The pool area is fantastic with multiple heated pools and fun activities for families. Room cleaning was inconsistent, leading to some discomfort during the stay. Close access to Epcot via boat makes park visits super easy.

Let’s talk food! The local eats at nearby Todd English’s Bluezoo served up a culinary adventure with its fresh seafood delights. Splash Bar & Grill for poolside munchies hit the spot after a long day at the parks. Plus, the lobby vibe is fab and the location is solid for park access!

But hold up, my stay had its hiccups. Despite reserving a king bed, got stuck with doubles until the second night. And don’t get me started on those room keys—mine didn’t work for self-parking and I was hit with a surprise charge. Still, it’s hard to stay mad when you're at Disney!
